Our Team

Simon has a background in manufacturing, quality and operations leadership, project management, and continuous improvement coaching and mentoring, boasting over 30 years' experience. 


With operational roles, including board-level positions in the UK, Europe, China, South-East Asia, and Australia, he has established a proven track record of delivering sustainable business improvement within operational sites and multi-location facilities. 


His project management delivery experience encompasses major equipment installations, site transformations with process flow optimization, lean layout implementations, and the development of greenfield manufacturing sites from concept to start-up. 


Throughout his career, he has worked with companies and brands such as SCA Packaging and Personal Care Sorbent, Deeko, Tena and Libra, Lion Dairy Masters, and Dare, as well as Fletcher Building, Laminex, and Formica, enhancing their operations through effective facilitation services.
